Job Title: Software Support Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: INR 2.52L to 3L per annum

Location : Bangalore

We are looking for an Education ERP System Configuration Engineer to support our education ERP system. He/She will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the education ERP Software modules and ensuring that they meet the educational institution requirements and expectations. 

Responsibilities:

• Configure the education ERP software modules such as admission process, staff management, Fees, classes management, assignment schedules, exams, certification, alumni management, etc. according to the educational needs
• Manage the education ERP system configuration data and ensure its consistency, accuracy, and security
• Monitor the education ERP system performance and availability and resolve any issues or incidents
• Collaborate with education institution’s IT staff, educators, students, and vendors to provide technical support and guidance on the education ERP system configuration and management over Phone and emails
• Follow the best practices and standards for education ERP system configuration and management and adhere to the project specifications

Requirements:

• With or without a Bachelor’s degree 
• Fresher or having an Experience in education ERP system configuration and management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality
